How can I pay for my appointment?

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. 

Will I receive a reminder for my appointment?

We will call you or text you (your preference) the day before your appointment to confirm. This call is a courtesy, the responsibility of remembering your appointment is yours. Please give 24 hour notice for any appointment changes to avoid a cancellation fee. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given or if you do not show for an appointment, a fee of $25 must be paid before your next service. 

What if I am late for an appointment?

Please call the salon if you are running late for your appointment time. We will work with you and your stylist will accommodate you as much as their schedule allows. In some cases you will need to see another stylist or reschedule your appointment for another day. If you are too late for us to accommodate you, you will be responsible for a $25 fee before your next service. 

Do you take walk-ins?

We take both walk-ins and appointments. We recommend making an appointment to ensure that we can accommodate you at the time you want.

What if my requested stylist isn't available?

We encourage you to see another member of our talented team of stylists. We work as a team to make sure that you are happy and comfortable no matter which of our stylists is performing your service. 

Why do the stylists charge different prices?

Our stylists operate on a tiered pricing system. Prices are determined based on commitment to education, creative expertise and achieving established business goals. We have a range of prices to meet your individual expectation. 

Is there a difference between store brand and professional products?

Yes, you need a product with a pH level between 4.5 and 5.5, which is the same pH as human hair, to keep your hair in optimal condition.

What is your return policy for products?

We stand behind all of our retail products 100%. If you find that a product doesn't work for you, we will be happy to exchange it for another product or return it and credit your account. 

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer gift cards in any denomination. Purchase gift cards in the salon or call us to order over the phone. Gift cards are nonrefundable.
